   We met Adele Alexander at one of her open houses. As first time home buyers my wife and I were nervous and unsure. But with an agent like Adele, it was an absolutely positive experience. You were so helpful, friendly and professional that we couldn't have asked for more. Adele has been great to work with and would highly recommend working with her.

   WARNING, WARNING, WARNING !!! The most unprofessional rental team I've come across. I stated in my application I wanted the rental for 1 year or more. They typed on the rental contract PERIODIC. This meant in 2 months I was booted out because the land lord sold. Should of transferred to next owners but NO. BE VERY CAREFULL IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM, USE A FINE TOOTHED COMB. A LAWYER WOULD BE BETTER. Highly disappointed with First national Te Puke branch, WARNING, WARNING,WARNING.
