Sara Kenny was a tenant in my newly built house in Papamoa since July 2022 to May 2025; she left the house in a very bad condition that led to insurance claim needing carpet replacement in all four rooms. The other damages include oil spills on the driveway, poorly maintained lawns, stains on laminated floor, damaged walls. I have all photos from the exit inspection. Would you trust Sara to manage your property? I would NOT.
