Getting sick of hit and miss batches of the same juice I've purchased for years. Actually, starting to worry about how bad they could stuff it up and affect my health. That'll do me.
Great juices, great service. Accidentally sold me the wrong pods and coils, refunded them immediately with 0 fuss. 10/10 Will be back.

Getting a bit annoying now. I like to pop in before work starts @9:30 so I can grab a vape for work, not once have I shown up and theyβve opened at 9am. Always 9:30 or later when it states everywhere you open at 9. I always miss out as have to leave so I can get to work on timeβ¦
First of all Iβm annoyed that this is the only shop in Papamoa, but they donβt sell the coils I need for 2 of my tanks. I live in Te Puke & this is the closest shop too me so it would be convenient if they sold the gear I need. 2nd of all their home juices are terrible, they are coil killers & definitely one of the worst tasting on the market of NZ home juices (if u do buy I recommend steeping for a month or 2 first) also they are pretty expensive... 3rd Of all their service & communication could definitely be better, by the tones of their voice n lack of info makes me think they arnt very enthusiastic about their jobs n giving people a good service. The reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they have some pretty good import juices
Great service. The dry herb vapourizer I bought was missing a few accessories and I emailed Naked Vapour about the issue. I was blown away by how quickly they responded and I received replacement accessories via courier the very next morning. I highly recommend Naked Vapour without hesitation or reservation.
