   Popped in today to grab some supplies and was impressed by this store. I liked that this store wasn't wall to wall mirrors and bright lights which I find overwhelming and gaudy. Just nice and casual which I appreciated. The salesman Brad was helpful and his product knowledge was excellent. Will be back for sure!

   Brad here is the absolute best. I've never had loyalty to a vape shop until I shopped here. I don't expect upper management checks these reviews as part of a performance review but if so Brad needs a pay rise and a promotion.

   If you have a fault with your vape from here don't expect any attempt at a replacement. Took one look and said it's your fault. I have had friends with the same issue. Lazy salesman with terrible after sales service. If he had of at least attempted with there supplier or met in the middle I would of been happy. I wouldn't want them to be out if pocket but better service would of gone a long way.
