   Really happy with the service here. I came in for a WOF, a service, and to make my exhaust sound better, and they did an awesome job. Gary, the owner, was real straight-up and helpful, and the lady at the desk was super friendly and easy to talk to. The price was fair, they explained everything properly, and didn’t try to add on anything extra. My car feels good now and the exhaust sounds way nicer. Definitely recommend this place, good people and solid work.

   Total rip off, They quoted me $1000-$1200 and charged me $1800 for the wof and now my car has new issues after the wof and the owner doesn't take reposibility. All of his mechanic's are unqualified. Don't ever go to this shop.

   Have had two service jobs completed by BP Workshop, on two seperate vehicles. One was to diagnose an engine fault; the other welding in a new flange to satisfy a WOF requirement. My previous exhaust shop owner has retired this year. Very happy with the work completed, thank you.

   I was speaking to one of the staff over the phone and he was very rude. He called my car "trash" and refused to install led headlights even though we booked in a date.

   The person on the phone could hardly understand me. I was pushed for time and don't have the luxury of repeating myself more than 3 times. Hopefully the work is better than the customer service. I'm sure it is! If you are of Indian decent then this is the place for you! Also $5 more for brake pads than our usual.

   This team is remarkably amazing! :) They have a great friendly staff and do all repairs on high standards with time barriers. This workshop is a go to, they put heaps of work into their repairs.
