Have been going to Sam for a couple of years now and my hair is healthier, longer and all the random uneven lengths have disappeared. Sam’s honest and has guided me away from ideas that will damage it. The place and people are awesome, highly recommend
Have had my little ones first and second haircut with Aimee, and both have been such great experiences. He loves going to his hairdresser. Haircuts are amazing and always exactly what I ask for. Aimee is a great hairdresser and super patient with little ones.
In the middle of 2024 I reluctantly had to change from my hairdresser of 16 years as she went on maternity leave, she recommended Sam at hideaway hair and after 3 appointments I must say that it has been a great experience, Sam is super friendly and easy to converse with, she has great attention to detail and I feel totally relaxed having my haircut by her. Highly recommended!
Definitely recommend, i have seen Kristal twice now and have been very happy with results! She was great at explaining the process of lightening my hair, taking a test strand prior to my colour appt. I have a clear plan for my hair colouring going forward and super glad to have Kristal doing my hair as she clearly is very knowledgeable!
I have been seeing Amie at hideaway for years now , she is always so willing to accommodate my changing colours on a wim . She really listens to what I’m wanting , in all aspects of colour and cut ideas and offers the best advise to suit me . I’ve just gone copper with Amie , she absolutely nailed it ( and I’m a tough sell ) she has the expertise to hear what you want and mix a custom colour that gives the results you want ( even when you don’t know what your asking for ). Thank you for being incredible at what you do Amie and being so accommodating every time I see you !

Love the atmosphere here, it truly is a little hideaway from the world. I don’t get my hair cut a lot but when I do, I usually go to Sarah who is so lovely and manages my curly/fluffy hair really well. I saw Amie for the first time last week and she was great too, very happy with my fresh tidy hair. I also took my 11 month old boy for a cut with her the next day and was so impressed with her patience and skill. He wasn’t the easiest or most still customer, but she did a beautiful job on his hair. So thank you, you should be proud of your lovely space :)
Incredible!! After having a bad experience at another salon, Amie was able to correct my hair colour and help lighten it significantly. Beautiful salon and lovely ladies working there. Definitely recommend!
