   very disappointed with my lash extensions at Papamoa. I asked for a very natural look for a function. Not only do they hurt the lashes are very stabby. I asked for as natural as possible when i looked in the mirror and she said you will just have to brush them out. I asked for a half set or less to achieve a natural set and walked out with very dramatic lashes. When I got home I was laughed at. I had to use scissors to trim most of them. Not a happy customer. :( This photo was after i had trimmed and tried to thin them drastically. they were touching my brow line and were much thicker. I had them removed 2 days later at a different place and they told me that the extensions used were for polynesian women who naturally have thick and long lashes. She was shocked my what they had done.

   My first visit here and a big thank you to Meenu for a wonderful massage. Due to unforeseen circumstances Meenu was running everything on her own and left me several times during the massage to attend to the people entering the shop. Due to the wonderful massage and how wonderful I felt and still feel after the massage she deserves 5 stars

   This was the best service I've received in a really long time! I booked the Hybrid Eyebrow tint & shape with RI, she did such a beautiful job. The color and shape was exactly what i asked for, she was so accommodating and friendly and I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed while getting my treatment done! A++.. Will definitely be returning and recommending to others!

   Simply went into buy Pure Fiji products. When I asked about pricing since nothing was individually priced your staff got annoyed and brushed me off with $20. and no further help. Have recommended to all friends and family to stay clear of this place. Terrible staff service. Not welcoming at all.
