Great place to stay, very accommodating staff and great service. Only complaint would be the noise of other guests. Especially during the "quiet times" listed.
Clean and tidy, and once we got the heat pump going it was warm but in the morning the dampness was overwhelming on the windows and blinds.
Best Accomodation in Te Awamutu ever the Spa Bath is awesome its very comfortable as well i always stay here with Family or when i go to Special Olympics Swimming competitions as well i highly recommend it
Nice unit, helpful staff. Decor was a little dated and the bathroom fan wasn't working. Nice bath. Quiet, which was great.
Modern and very well maintained motel. Excellent service and a friendly, very helpful staff. Short walk to town and restaurants. Off street parking. Very comfortable bed, good water pressure and good facilities. Highly recommended and no hesitation to stay again.
Convenient to the highway, clean well laid out rooms. And quiet. I got in late but the owners accommodated me by getting the room set up. Priceless, thanks! Would recommend. And thanks for the chocolate, a nice touch after a long drive
Welcoming owners. Clean, beautiful modern, well equipped rooms with warm quality, comfortable beds. The spa bath took the days driving aches away. Highly recommend for a safe travel stop. Te awamutu is pretty awesome too.

Friendly and welcoming. Clean, comfortable beds. Seems noisy by the main road but it dies down later on and I slept all night which for a light sleeper is saying something! Traffic does pick up early in the morning though. This is the second time staying here whilst in Te Awamutu and it is my motel of choice.
