   I visited Physio Mechanics Karaka in November 2025 looking for relief from ongoing severe muscle pain. I saw Amelia and I felt straight away that I was in good hands. Amelia was empathetic and intuitive. She suggested a condition that was not picked up by my GP and on further medical investigation it proved to be the cause. I can one hundred percent recommend Physio Mechanics and Amelia in particular, I am so glad I made that appointment.

   I’ve been seeing Taliah this year at the Karaka branch and she is an incredible physio. I have recovered completely, and have moved on to the strengthening components and using Pilates as per her recommendations to keep mobility up. Taliah is so personable, professional, knowledgeable and she communicates effectively. She is a real asset to your team. I’m glad she’s taking Pilates classes so I can still keep seeing her!
