I bring my car there to fix it. It was such a disappointing experience. Today more than one month but my car is still not fixed. Whenever I ask about my car they said 2 weeks more or 1 week more. They are so much irresponsible, they don’t understand people have their jobs as-well. I never suggest anyone to go there and fix their vehicle. Please don’t give them first preference try outside first.
A very professional service was provided after my accident by Soanes. Well organised, quick provision of new spare parts, and prompt updates when any questions were raised. Provision of a loaner vehicle was a nice bonus. Will hopefully never have to use them again but will do so if required.
I had someone back into me which did considerable damage to the front right of my car. I was amazed how quickly the repair was done and could not fault the workmanship. Perfect matching of the paint work. Would definitely recommend Phil and his team
