Bob and his wife are the kindest hosts with a lovely home. My partner and I stayed for only 1 night but would have loved to stay more. We had the whole top floor to ourselves consisting of a clean bathroom, a cute lounge room and the bedroom which has an incredibly comfy bed. Bob made us feel so welcome that evening and he cooked up a huge breakfast the following morning. I would recommend staying here over any motel around. 5 stars for cleanliness, comfort, value for money, and superior hospitality. Free wifi and a short drive to cafes and the town Center. 35mins to Waitomo caves.

Stayed one night and I must say that it was an enjoyable stay. Comfortable bed, small lounge to myself and the bathroom was adequate. The breakfast was very nice and I mentioned that I was gluten free, gluten free bread was offered to me. Would highly recommend a stay there.
