Staff are so friendly and helpful from getting the best value room when I had booked in and then my plans changed to not having what I needed on hand. Even when I call urgently for a room they always answer even if they're full, nice to talk to a human that gives a damn in that case. SO CLEAN ALWAYS
We booked over a long weekend for our son’s football tournament in Cambridge and just needed somewhere affordable to rest — but wow, we were blown away! The room was spacious, clean, and so much better than expected for the price. The staff were friendly and super accommodating, and having laundry facilities onsite was a lifesaver for washing our boy’s football gear each day. The location was perfect too — only about 25 minutes to the football fields and 25 minutes to The Base for dinner and shopping. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

We occupied unit 2. It appeared to have been recently refurbished and was spotless. Spacious unit. Hot water pressure and temperature very good. Good bed. Friendly check in. Good value.

Best Motel I have stayed at for cooking facilities and parking. Absolute treasure. Room spacious, clean, Sky Sports and comfortable.
Best motel we have stayed in. Intend to have an ongoing booking when we visit family. I feel Crystal and Brian really care. Their support, which includes family and friends, add to this approach. It may not be the newest or most modern motel, but it has atmosphere and is relaxing.

owners very very helpful. we were stuck because of Auckland flooding but Rosetown Motel came to our rescue. would love to stay there again. recommend them to anybody.
