    We recently purchased a property through Kelly Hudson. She is an amazing personality ,really professional and polite person to work with .She almost made impossible deal to possible.We had offer on the property which wasn’t accepted at first stage so we actually end up start looking for another property. She didn’t gave up and keep following up with us which we have noticed don’t happen with other agents in the town and finally made that deal possible. We would definitely recommend Kelly Hudson to everyone.

    emailed about a house to rent 3 times I got no reply I texted I rung and I left messages on answer phone and still no replies. This is absolutely ridiculous I do not recommend

    I was with my family start social worker and we enquiring about rentals for me and my children. The rental manager informed us how housing was low, and they didnt have any at the time. That was understandable. Housing is low everywhere. She asked me to write my name and number down, i did and she looked at my name and said "Precious" wow you dont look precious to mee!! My social worker was shocked. We are currently in emergency housing right now. I am guessing I will never get that phone call from Bayleys lol The rudeness and the judgemental comments is the reason I give this place 1 star..
