We bought the Talia single bunks last week, good solid bunks, look great, kids are happy as and we can also climb up and lie with them for story time as good upper weight limit. We bought a single pocket spring mattress too which is really comfortable. Great service from Kim. Very helpful and friendly. Recommend.
Amazing customer service. Purchased bunk beds four years ago, part broken by kids and Kim was quick to help sort a new part and even some screws I needed. Rare to find customer service like that these days.

Our son (5) loves his Bunk House bunk! He has the Talia model with pocket spring mattress. A super solid and good looking product. The owner, Kim, is a pleasure to deal with and makes the decision making process a breeze. We're now looking to buy another bunk for our daughter. We highly recommended the Bunk House.
Kim was awesome to deal with when we went in store. The bunk was available and we collected quickly with no issues. The instructions did say allow 60mins but I would definitely allow longer than that. It is very sturdy and well made, we are very happy.
Kim is amazing! I drove quite a way to see the bunks in person because I was unsure which ones I wanted to purchase & bunks make me a little nervous so I wanted to make sure I was getting something durable and safe because my son really wants a bunk bed. Kim was so incredibly helpful, answered my questions, gave me advice, there was no pressure at all, even helped me pick the right mattress. I had trouble with setting up payment and he was super helpful with that also. He also organised delivery for the following day & was quick with responses. The best customer service I have honestly ever recieved from someone, I was even raving about it when I got home, not a lot of genuine people around like that anymore, was a good experience and I left feeling super happy and comfortable with my choice. My son is very excited for his bunks to arrive today. Thank you again!
Kim was fantastic to deal with. Efficient and helpful, he made the entire transaction quick and easy. Kim also arranged for the bunks to be transported to Queenstown and they arrived on schedule despite the dodgy weather. The bunks themselves are fantastic. They are very solid and look great.
