   The first time I spoke with Terri I was taken with her capacity to hold space for where I was at and what I needed to look at; it made me feel safe, seen and to be able to fully attend to what was coming up for me. I have worked with many practitioners over the years across a range of modalities and one thing I haven’t found easy to find is someone who can truly hold space for where you’re at and what emotion may be present in a way that feels like a totally safe and unconditional container. I was so grateful to find this in Terri. She is perceptive and intuitive, and incredibly present. She is able to help navigate all the pieces and make sense of what can feel messy or unclear. As a coach myself, I'm very grateful for these capacities in Terri that help me grow myself.
