Her business ethic is outstanding - she is efficient, always prompt in replying to phone messages or emails. We would strongly reccommend Emma to anyone needing the services of a Real Estate Agent, and have in fact just put our neighbours in touch with her knowing that she would be the ideal person to help them through the process of selling their home. Dwayne visited us in support of Emma in the sale of our property. Dwayne is a cheerful, energetic person and a pleaure to have had assist us while offers were being negotiated. Although our time spent with Dwayne was limited he was very helpful and efficient.

   I had recently sold a house via another company and Marissa was a buyers agent for the deal. Minimal communication from her end finally after several txt messages and phone calls to get any form of answer was told that the sale was going well the day before confirmation there was a couple of “minor things “ on the building report. Which could have been sorted but was hard 1 day before confirmation. They weren’t minor and required extensions and to be granted and so on this in-cured me extra lawyers fees and the added stress. If there was communication the transaction would have been far easier. Not that happy with the transaction

   Total dishonesty from Steve Morgan. Sold me an earthquake damaged home as repaired and fully insured. Didn't receive the the information on repairs I requested from him via eqc. This place should have been sold as is where is. He also didn't contact me back after I complained. If I could put no stars, I would.
