   After being stitched up competitor's, I tried rolleston automotive. They diagnosed the problem on the Ddrive from the carpark to the workshop - issues that I've taken to 2 different mechanics over about 3 years. They quoted it, far cheaper than competitors and fixed it up. Next service they found a big issue, knowing it'd cost a fortune, they stopped the service and called asking I want the repair, to finish the service or both. I only asked for the repair, but since they had the car up and wheels off, they did most the service anyway and didnt charge. These guys, Adam and Petro are polite, upfront and transparent, and always call with costs and options before conducting repairs. Jenny has worked on the car about 3 times and is fantastic. I don't take my cars anywhere else, and refer this place to everyone I know when they have car troubles

   Went to the Rolleston branch last week to replace snow tyres on my Subaru, they gave me a great price and excellent service. The new tyres are so quiet compared the the snow tyres that it had and I'm sure the fuel economy will improve slightly as well. Highly recommended.

   Edit -Terrible experience! i went through these guys to purchase some new tyres for my 2015 ford ranger. I asked for the same size which they did but they recommended a different brand patriot. Upon pick up I noticed there wasn’t much of a gap between the tyres and the wheel arch but thought nothing of it but driving home which was only 5 minutes away it was rubbing on the flares making all sorts of noises obviously the tyres were to big. I got home and rung the bloke that recommended them saying they’re to big and if they could replace them with a smaller size because even though they were labelled the same size as the previous brand I had on they were clearly to big. His reply was “there’s not much we can do because you’ve used them on the road” no solution on offer from their end to help. so I took my business down the road to Kats and I had to purchase 2 new tyres.

   Was in yesterday for a puncture repair. Unfortunately the puncture repair turned into a tyre replacement - however, the service I received was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending seeing Suzy for a great job. Thanks Suzy.
