    Absolutely love the homegrown primal beef organ supplements here. But I walked in and said hello to the cashier and recieved no response or greeting. The next person to walk in and was greeted warmly. Made me feel uncomfortable I would've spent x3 the $$ but customer service is everything to me. Disappointing and miss the old kinder staff that were here 1 year ago

    Terrible customer service when paying for an item. Wished I had put it back and spent my hard earned money somewhere else. Just got a glare and no conversation. Keep that up and noone will want to come shop with you.

    Excellent shop with a great range of products. Friendly helpful staff who are also very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I always felt very safe shopping at this store throughout all the lock down levels NZ has experienced due to Covid-19. A great team effort! Thanks guys, you are the best :)

    Visited this lovely little shop to buy some organic produce ,wow what a shock ! ,the older woman who served me was rude and unhelpful snatched my card off me as her machine would not work NO PAYWAVE at least 3 other people used it before me no cleaning of the machine , too many people in the shop Will not return to this shop it should not be allowed to trade under level 3
