   We just went there for dinner. Food is very good quality, great ambience, and the hospitality of couple is wonderful . We went there after reading their Google reviews . Dall makhhani was really makhhani . Very tasty with Nanz. Kashmiri pulao was a good option if you love nuts . And luckily we got onion salad for no cost . Thankyou . This will be our forever dining spot in Rotorua from now.

   After a booking for a work dinner at a nearby restaurant didn't happen, we went into House of Spice and asked if they could seat the 13 of us. They could in their spacious restaurant, even though they were relatively busy. The service and food was exceptional. There were so many options, including lots of vegetarian dishes to choose from. Very highly recommended. We will be back!

   I had an incredible dining experience at this restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. The owners were exceptionally friendly and attentive without being intrusive—every detail felt genuinely cared for. We are grateful to them as they provided all the food without Onion & Garlic as we follow Swaminarayan religion. I would highly recommend them Gaganpreet was such a sweet lady together with her husband.

   We arrived there and wanted to sit at the round table. The manager asked how many of us there were. When he found out we were four, he said there was a family coming for dinner. If we were more, it wouldn't have been a problem to give up the table? We sat down and were forgotten. The place wasn't busy, but the manager and the young guy had to set up the same table together while we were waiting for someone to come get our orders. As they were close to us, my partner started to ask a question, and the manager cut her off, saying, "Madam, we'll be with you shortly." If he had let her speak, the only question she would have asked was if the special was also available that night. We decided to look for another place and went to Lovely India. It had a different level of customer service. Don't waste your time with the grumpy manager at this place and their very poor customer service.

   What an outstanding experience. The food was amazing, I had the Chicken Tandoori - Hot (as a personal challenge) and it was phenomenal, delicious, not runny or watery in consistency, I loved it. One of the best versions of this dish I’ve ever had. They also have a phenomenal range of whiskey, very well priced. Including some be very nice single malts from India - you have to try it with your meal. Definitely give them a crack - they’ll look after you. The owner just happened to arrive as I was thanking the team for looking me, he shared some of his plans to continue improving what they offer. They’ll host your party, and your event and look after you well. Thanks so much @House of Spice - I’ll be back.

   Amazing food! The lamb was succulent and the butter chicken was one of the best my wife and kids have ever eaten. Definitely worth eating here, will come again when we visit Rotorua!
