   Went to purchase a bed, walked away with other items we didn't even know we needed, thanks to Harry. He made sure we were aware of the discounts that were in store, answered the many questions we had and was patient with us as this was our first time shopping for a brand new bed so we were taking our time. At check out, he suggested a mattress protector, pillow protectors and pillows. He also explained in convincing detail, the benefits of each item and why it was worth buying. He explained that having a mattress is a long term investment so you want to protect your bed by having a waterproof mattress protector that prevents any spill from going through and staining the mattress. We can easily wash a protector but not a mattress. And that was enough of a reason for us to buy one. Same with the pillow protectors. And as for the pillows, he said having high quality pillows are going to lead to a higher quality sleep. So we brought 4. We are happy with our purchase and experience at Beds 4 us. The delivery drivers were prompt and helpful.

   Harry the sales guy was great - friendly, knowledgeable and really easy to deal with. Our new matress is just what we were after at a price that was equally pleasing (Posture Elite Plush is awesome!). Big thanks to the delivery guys - rang 40 minutes in advance to advise actual time of drop off which was just brilliant as takes so much stress away, very nice and efficent people. Couldn't reccommend more

   The bed is really comfortable and a great price especially with the sale. Customer service needs serious attention. Salesperson greeted us but didn't bother to get up and come and talk to us about our needs. Was a lovely girl but her dress appearance wasn't that great l. We had to tell her the brand and price of the mattress we were buying and also the the types of pillows and again price. Lacked knowledge of if old mattress could be removed and how much. Delivery was awesome, fast and efficient

   Brought 2 beds from Beds 4 U Matamata. Extremely good customer service from weekend staff. Very friendly and helpful. Will try their best to help with anything. Bed base I brought a few years back is very good and comfortable but is a bit difficult to put together. Second bed which is a foldaway bed is extremely comfortable. The cats pinched it the first week but are now letting me share with them. Daughter also tried pinching it the first week. Definitely recommend Matamata Beds 4 U for their extremely good friendly customer skills. They also accept social calls when they aren’t too busy.
