   That pizza was amazing, and the matcha was good too! This is my second time here, and the pizzas are definitely my favorite. The place is beautiful, you can sit inside or outside, both are lovely spots. It gets pretty busy and you can't book ahead, so plan for some extra time.

   A lovely hidden gem worth the 10 minute walk from the Redwood trees experience. Also has parking closer if you wish. Wide selection of food and cakes/treats. Excellent supreme coffee poured to perfection. Really enjoyed the coffee and buns!

   FOREIGN MATERIAL found in Strawberry Matcha I visited Eastwood on the 24th at around 8:50 AM, and my experience was absolutely shocking. I ordered a Strawberry Matcha and found more than three foreign materials, like bits of plastic, in it. When I raised it with the manager, she didn’t apologise, didn’t ask if I wanted a refund, and just made me a new drink, handing it over with a casual “Thank you”, not a “Sorry”. Unfortunately, the second drink also had a sticker-like piece in it. When I went back to ask for a refund, the manager acted as if I was lying, saying things like, “I’ve made it twice, I had no issues.” She seemed more concerned with her own feelings than addressing a serious food safety issue. She kept saying she wasn’t appreciating how I was speaking to her and wouldn’t let me explain properly. At one point, she basically shut down the conversation. The whole interaction was defensive and personal, not professional. I felt insulted when they dismissed my concerns, accused me of lying, and even slapped $10 down in front of me. I want to be clear: I asked for a refund not for the money itself, but because it’s my right. This experience has left me questioning both the cafe’s food safety and their customer service. Honestly, it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I really hope management takes this seriously.

   We came here for lunch and it was delicious. I had the shakshuka and others in my group got pizzas. The coffee and iced strawberry matcha were also good. This venue is lovely with heaps of potted plants and natural light. It is also in a nice location being right next to the redwoods.

   One of the most relaxing cafes in NZ. Atmosphere is second to none, food and service is impeccable and all the staff are very helpful and lovely. Dined with my nephew who has many allergies and the staff were very helpful.

   worth going here for the food alone, delicious. cool architecture and very well designed interior. don't eat here tho if you don't like walking, you have to park your car and walk 5-10mins to actually get to the place as both access roads are blocked off by security fences and gates (don't listen to google maps on this one). fine if you're expecting the walk but a bit inconvenient if you find this out only when you've (tried to) arrive.

   This place is great, lovely spot. Good options for vegan and vegetarian. Very good range of drinks as well. Cocktails and alcohol looked good. I had the booster smoothie which was yummy. The lines can be long but you can order via qr code and an app.
