   First time coming, service was great. Very polite, helpful. Talked us through what we had to do. We pay before we eat. Its BBQ or hot pot, or an extra $20 to have both. There was a good selection of meat and seafood, they also had a small salad bar and they served fried chicken and chips too. For the price and all you can eat. It was an awesome experience and so worth the $$. Thank you for a lovely experience.

   Reasonable price for a two-flavor hot pot of 5 types of meat. Staffs are super nice and helpful despite their poor English. Be careful of Saturday night since it could be packed with people and you have to queue for getting food.

   Poor service only two staffs, have to wait for long time for food to refill, they don’t clean the tables and food containers look messy. Its not worth it for $70 for two, I recommend not to go here. Very disappointed

   Amazingly kind and welcoming staff, we had a group of 4 with a big appetite so chose hotpot and kbbq option. Food was fresh and side dishes were tasty! Been to a lot of kbbq restaurants, this is up there with one of the best! Highly recommend

   An eating experience with awesome staff and worth the $$! Definitely recommend Family House Restaurant. You can have Korean bbq or hot pot..or just go all out and do both! Great range of food (even includes prawns) and once finished you can get another helping of what you want off the buffet menu with unlimited barley tea. It was my partners first time experiencing this way of eating and he had an absolute blast. Definitely recommend cooking the pork belly on the bbq and wrapping in lettuce, delicious and refreshing!

   Worth a visit for the experience but nothing that spectacular. The DIY shared hotpot was fun to do and definitely worth trying. It was actually good that they had quite a variety frozen veggies, meat, fish, and other seafood. The only thing is that it seemed like they were kept frozen for ages, and for me it looked bad. Although when everything was put into the soup it still tasted great. Overall it was still a pleasant experience.
