    I love Uncle Lees. I swear its been the same owner since I was in my teens and if thats true then I've had great fish n chips off them for over 20years. Whilst the venue is simple and no frills the low prices and yummy food speaks for itself. Tonight we got : 4 fish 3 hot dogs 4 potato fritters 2 scoop of chips for $36. Being able to feed a whānau of 4 (including 2 teen boys) for under $40 is pretty impressive In my books. I understand fish n chips can be a little hit and miss (everywhere) but can safely say the feed we had tonight was the nicest fish n chips weve had in recent memory x

    Have ordered for the first time from Uncle Lees. The lady got our order wrong and was rude. When we got the chinese home the dishes were only 3/4 full. The chicken and cashew nuts was exactly the same as the chow mein. Sweet and sour pork was hard. Very disappointed will not be returning.

    One of my regular fish n chip shops. I usually get a fish burger and fries. They are really cleanly made and really tasty. The servings are reasonable too. Nice service

    Ripping off customers, slow portions, charging full delivering half of the portion. Always check the container, most likely just above 50%. Never recommend even to an enemy. Beware!!!

    I have been going to this place for years. I dont live in here but everytime I go to rotorua without doubt I seek this place for the Nasi Goreng its amazing after 7+ years it still taste awesome. Worth it everytime

    Rip offs paid around 40 for this (plus 3 fish not in picture) and this is what you get. Lucky if my family gets 5 chips each from this that were pretty yuck tbh, the fish was good though would never come here again.

    I paid $10 whole battered flounder + $2.90 chips..took 15-20mins..the batter was thick AND the worst was the flounder wasnt gutted or cleaned properly..but chops were yummy and friendly staff
