We have been here two weeks in a row. The burgers used to be great this was none existent. Poorly put together lack of content the vege Pattie was about 2mm thick for the price not worth it.
I love this place — the burgers are non-chemical, healthy, delicious, and very filling. It’s one of my favorite spots. I’m just really sad that the small round potatoes are no longer available.
I always love burgerfuel. Our chips werent as crispy as usual this day, but the many other times weve had them its been great! Burgers are always well balanced in flavour and toppings. I quite like the American Muscle, Bastard or the V Twin Vege as faves :)
We went in not too long before it closed. With had our 8 kids to feed and the staff were amazing. They accommodated our massive order and made us feel welcome. Food was on point as usual, but service was second to none. We are big BurgerFuel fans and this experience stands out to us.
Burgerfuel is my ultimate comfort food that doesn't leave me feeling bleh afterwards. I love to order for home delivery when it's been a hard week or I've been unwell. The staff wrote a cute message on the cup and it made my evening. It really is the little things that make the most difference.
Stopped in with the family for a burg and a thick shake, did not disappoint.

1 hour wait, food is nothing like the photo and missing the lettuce, no communication at point of sale of time. This place once was good and food came out fast. Understand the Rugby was on but the lack communication, lack of lettuce and cold chips really let the team down
This place used to be awesome, the young man that worked Friday's made beautiful food...my last 2 orders have fallen terribly short. Today's was the upmost failure, order was incorrect to what I ordered online, then the staff member a tall thin girl argued with me over it being correct. I was going to show her my order confirmation email and what that said but she just said our manager isn't here...like you can't fix it?? Really?? Then I tried again to show her my email and she just walked off...I waited, now my chips are cold and we're overcooked FYI, I'm late for where I need to be and I've got a burger in a gluten free bun so stale I couldn't bite into it with only one slice of tomato the size of a 50c and bacon that was also burnt... disgusting. I gave up and walked out with my incorrect cold order. Not coming back here again and would NOT RECOMMEND anyone bothers with bad service and high prices for sadly bad food. Sad loss...you guys seriously need to pick up your game
Really good burgers but I always have issues with wait times here. I often do online orders and always end up waiting longer the time supplied online. It appears to be understaffed. The person taking orders from walk in customers was also responsible for packaging the orders meaning orders would sit for a while before being packed due to the person getting distracted by taking new orders. It seems they need a better system where the person packing orders is not distracted by other tasks.
