Great Experience on Sunday PM, heading out for a ride at Summerhills, however bike had different ideas and needed a new cassette. Team at EVO had one in stock and installed on the spot, in and out within 30mins and with some tips on trials to ride at Summerhills! Can’t ask for more than that.
Absolutely awesome service from Corbin thank you!! Brought daughter’s MTB in to check after suspected failed bearings in the headset. Corbin checked bearings, cleaned up and greased, and put in a warranty claim for replacements given the bike was less than a year old. Very helpful and awesome service thanks!!
Great place to come to for all your bike repairs and product range. The only place I could find that was open on a Sunday. Awesome customer service from Ethan. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I got my tyre fixed very quickly with only a short wait. Thank you team EVO I will definitely return.
The team of staff at Evo Mount Maunganui are fantastic. Having recently purchased a bike and other cycling gear, they couldn’t have been more helpful, courteous or attentive. They have great knowledge on their products and answered all of my questions. They also assisted me with lifting the bike onto the bike rack and securing it for transport home. I bought a Kona Shonky, 2022. and it was built terribly. My cranks keep coming loose, my cranks are squeaking. I have a lose spoke. Chain keeps making a crank noise. And just everything else squeaks. I would expect better. My chain is also really floppy and I haven’t had it for that long.
Great service needed some rear pads for my sons bike Ben took the wheel off to make sure he had the right pads as we did not know the age of the bike cleaned up front pads and installed the rear pads really went above and beyond , he over heard us talking about drink holder issues for my other sons bike and mentioned they had a holder that would work so we bought it, friendly knowledgeable and super helpful highly recommend
