The service I was given was great, the staff friendly and honest, and the job on my Mazda was done precisely as I had been told it would be. Even better was the final price, about $800 under the original guestimated price. A pleasant and thankful surprise for an aged pensioner.
Great! Service booked for 8.00am, dropped car off at 7.30am, given a ride to work, car serviced by 10.00am, they picked me up at 10.20am. Very easy, great customer service and great communication. Will be using this branch for all my servicing from now on!
Service here is 200% dropped in to book my vehicle for a scheduled service. Got two other things seen to at the same time. It's simply great to be able to get it all done in one booking. Great location for Toyota service centre, super convenient to get to from Pyes Pa and the lakes. Highly recommend using their services here on this side of town.
Scammers and con artists. The branch manager in a span of 10 minutes must of said “we’re not trying to rip you off” at least 20 times. Would not recommend these people they’ll take your money and still not do the job
All previous services at dealerships have finished with a wash and clean. No biggy this wasn't done but Also noted that covers had been removed in boot and not put back in place. Slackness by staff involved. Other than above staff were knowledgable that I encountered. Won't return.
Very proffessional, to the point and precise on details. Quick uptake on release of courtesy car and 15 min lead in txt on pickup time of SUV appreciated. Service was completed to a high standard, My day was not interrupted. An excellent outcome.
