Our caravan was booked in to have a new satellite dish and TV fitted last week. They also fitted a second TV that we already had in the bedroom area. Steve in the service department was very courteous and kept us updated as required. The workmanship by Daniel was very good but when we picked the caravan up there was an issue with the older TV. Daniel and Andy wouldn't let the caravan out of the workshop until they had nutted out what exactly was wrong. Turned out to be faulty wiring from previous workmanship. I would fully recommend Alliance RV, Steve and his guys. Thanks very much.

I had a shocker of an experience with my semi-offroad Aussie caravan. First off, I went in person to book it in and explained the two main problems — the hot water system (specifically the thermostats on the 240v, even showed them a photo), and the brakes. On the day I dropped it off, I told the mechanic again while he was towing it into the workshop at about 7:30 in the morning. No one bothered to ring me to say it was ready — I turned up around 4-ish in the arvo and boom, it had been done since 1:30. I’d told them I wanted the WOF done the same day, so luckily I still managed to squeeze that in. Got home, and honestly, I burst into tears — they hadn’t even touched the thermostats, hot water still dead as a dodo. All they’d done was fix the brakes (and I just hope that repair lasts). Ended up spending $900 just on the brakes, which felt way over the top. Went back the next day to complain, and Steve told me to bring the caravan back so they could “have another look” at the thermostats. But my husband was so fed up, we decided to just order the parts ourselves. Took him two hours to sort, and boom — hot water again. Wouldn’t recommend this place. I’ll be sticking with MEGA RV or Country RV from now on.

I have used them a lot over recent months with a new to me van with problems, they have been brilliant. My last visit yesterday was for a problem Truma. Nick was able to save me a lot of money on a new boiler by fixing it. Thanks team.

Absolutely appalling experience dealing with Alliance RV would not recommend!! We put our van in to have power installed everything was way way over priced Power points installed that we didn’t ask for, had them make a power lead up charged us $800 just for the lead, They’re the so called “professionals” but no advice was given as to what amps we should have had installed, we talked about 32amps but with a bit of research turns out 16amps would have been much cheaper and done the job just as good, put the power socket at the front of the van and ran cable to fuse box to back of the van, would have made sense to just put the outdoor socket at the back Seems like they just wanted to install the most expensive product possible. They pulled the walls out to run power cable and didn’t put them back together properly, left nails hanging out, scratched up the walls, screws not even put back they just tacked them back in like complete rookies We had to get some one to repair it all costing me more time and money Definitely will not be going back!!

Helped us with some panel work. Fantastic outcome. Highly recommend and would use them again. But be aware of wait time. They are very busy which I guess reflects the quality of work.
