Very mixed, some food and lady serving it great. Agree with another review the Russian slice is vile tasting and unable to be eaten! Female serving at counter had nil customer service skills.
wonderful chocolates so many delicious choices. thank you for your help with a product that wasnt up to your standard.The lady on the phone was very nice, very courteous and more than replaced my product. So great to deal with a Company that is so obliging to sort things out with no hassles . A valued customer who enjoys your lovely products and service. i will keep on buying .
Not as good as it used to be. Got served my hot chocolate in a takeaway cup. Also the slices have gone very thin. My eggs Benedict was nice, but served on an ordinary slice of toast. Not good for the price!!Definitely not as good as before!!
Absolutely disgusting. The customer service was horrendous, the waiters and cashier were rude, unwelcoming and did not get our orders right, they were unapologetic. We went today for our christmas staff function for work and I was so embarrased to bring my team to such a cafe. They seated us by the toilet and the door was wide open the whole time we were there. There wasn't enough cuttlery on our table and the water glasses were dirty. Two of our plates took an entire 40 minutes to be brought out where as the other 4 were brought out within 15. No apology or explanation given despite the cafe was relatively empty. Their waiters were too busy chatting to eachother to pay attention to the customers. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place. Shame on you Donovans.
Called in for lunch today... cabinet food looked amazing but made the mistake of ordering Bacon & Eggs from the menu board. Bacon was okay but hadn't had the grease drained from it and as for the eggs (if you could call them that) they were completely black and charcoaled on both sides with not an ounce of softness to them. All served with two pieces of toast (best part of the meal) and no sign of butter anywhere in sight! Was gobsmacked to say the least!! Will never ever go back there to eat or will I ever recommend it to others. Super disappointed guys, poor effort, my kids could have done better than this!!
