   Our family dog has been attending Petite Paws 2 days a week for her whole 9 years. It has been the best decision ever! Our wee doggy is so excited when she arrives at Petite Paws and always happily playing when it's time to pick her up. Anna and her team are beyond passionate about animals, which has put me at ease from Day One. I know she has a really balanced experience on the days she's at Petite Paws, with plenty of play and then a well earned afternoon rest. She comes home, happy and keen for an early night after so much running around and stimulation. Regular attendance has helped to socialise our little girl with other dogs, which is fantastic as she's an "only dog". I never worry when our doggy is booked in for an extended stay at Petite Paws, I know she will be having a wonderful time. It takes a lot for myself to trust someone with an animal, but I have no worries whatsoever with Petite Paws. I know they take the best care of the dogs entrusted to them, just as they would take care of their own. I know that Petite Paws are experts in all things canine related, and their methods (such as nap times) produce wonderfully well rounded doggies.

   Very poor experience. Staff are super unfriendly and treat their customers with very little respect. When greeted there is no smile or cheerfulness. I fear their attitude may also reflect into how they treat our dog. Will not be bringing him back.

   Used this facility once for daycare and wouldn’t use again. We chose it because there was outdoor space to run around. We dropped him off at 9.45am and collected at 4pm and upon arrival was told he’d been caged for a nap as all dogs are for over 3 hours!!! He is a breed with lots of energy and certainly doesn’t need that. That’s not why he was sent there. Appears to be an easy cop out for the owners. Owner was very unfriendly and quite rude. No pleasantries at all. When talking to one of the girls as it was his first time there and we asked what a normal day looked like for them when they came, the owner Anna I believe came over and just snapped ‘it’s all in the website’! No real passion just appears to be a money making operation and a smile and persona go a long way of which she had neither! Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return. Have since found a brilliant place that do adventure days with the dogs running around all day and he comes back tired and happy not full of life like he did on that day because he’d been put to bed!!!

   I just had my little fur baby stay in the kennels with Petite Paws for the first time for 5 day’s. When I picked him up he was happy and clean. He also didn’t smell like he has when I’ve collected him from previous kennels he has gone to. It was nice to know he was with other fur friends his own size and able to be inside instead of outside over night. He is absolutely exhausted from his big weekend (which I love). Highly recommend this place for people with small dogs for both day care and overnight stays.

   Specialists in caring for the small breeds of dogs. Great daily regimen with exercise and sleep periods. Out in the country with plenty of secure out door area with shade trees. Dog might come home with a bit of dirt sometimes but the dog will be happy.
