   I had a very bad experience with this carpet cleaning company. I sent photos of the carpet to the owner, and he quoted me between $250 to $300. When he arrived, I pointed out a small additional stain near the door (just a small dot), and he suddenly refused to confirm the price. Instead, he became aggressive and started shouting at me in my own home. To make things worse, he poured water on the carpet and left without finishing the job. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I even have a recording of the incident. His attitude was not only rude but he also seemed to change the price depending on his mood. In the end, I got the carpet cleaned professionally by someone else for $200. For context, replacing all the carpet in my entire home would only cost around $650 — so I really don’t understand what this person was expecting. I would not recommend this company at all. Very poor service and extremely unprofessional behavior

   Absolutely thrilled with the result - carpet looks much the same as when we moved in 3 years ago. Jin was also great to deal with, communicated clearly and got us in for a house clean at short notice. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again as required in the future.

   First time using their services. Had a extremely stained room mixture of red wine, food and other stains that honestly did not expect to get rid of. Mr. Hong was very thorough, explained each step of the way and am very happy with the results beyond my expectations. Would recommend to anyone. Would 100% call again.
