   A couple of years ago, we decided to put a swimming pool in. We cast the net far and wide for quotes, but it soon became clear there really are only a handful of Companies that can produce a truely unique and bespoke product. Our section did not lend itself to a drop-in fibreglass product, as the vast bulk of them are rectangular in shape (that just wouldn't have worked for us). Dion and his team guided us through the entire design, planning and operation of the pool and plant equipment, producing something that was exactly what we were looking for and on budget. I can highly reccommend their services.

   I have read Niveau Pools and Construction’s 5 star reviews and concur with all the praise for the staff and their work! Our association with Niveau under Tony and then Dion started 14 years ago when they built a pool with associated building, fencing and landscaping for us as part of a ‘new build’. They were very accommodating of some unconventional demands, improving them with practical and sound advice, worked seamlessly with other contractors and delivered a fantastic result. Since then they have done several projects for us including concreting, roofing extension, installing ground mounted solar array framing for an off grid system, a 600m concrete driveway on a hill and more. Let me put it this way: If Dion and his team at Niveau are prepared to do the job for you I wouldn’t spend much time looking for anyone else!    Niveau were great to work with. We engaged them as they were able offer a wrap around service. They did everything – design, consent and the entire build, landscaping and pool house. They were great with communication and quick to respond, Dion, Ryan and Ben were great (As were all the others involved). The finished pool and landscaping is finished to such a high standard. Following the completion, we have had great support with the pool system. So happy we used Niveau ! Thanks

After getting many quotes from companies in Auckland and finding the exact same product at Niveau in Christchurch for many thousands cheaper, we were absolutely rapt with how quickly and professionally the product was delivered and installed by Dion and his team and we would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to buy or upgrade their pool cover no matter where you are based in the country.    We couldn't be happier with the outstanding service we received from Dion and the team at Niveau Pools! From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. They were incredibly thorough, explaining the entire process clearly and offering excellent explanations about the range of options. They were able to answer all of our many questions, and made every step of the project feel seamless—nothing was ever a problem. The workmanship was absolutely top-notch, with every detail executed to perfection. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always happy to explain what they were doing at each stage of construction. They also collaborated exceptionally well with our pool and building design architect, answering all of his questions to ensure every aspect of the project came together smoothly. Our project was in Dunedin, and the Niveau team travelled from Christchurch to complete the work. Despite the additional logistics, their charges for travel, accommodation, and meals were very modest, which speaks to their integrity and customer-first approach. They set up front the project timeframes which they always adhered to. They also kept the site very clean and tidy throughout the process, which we truly appreciated. Once the pool was complete, they went above and beyond by making a follow-up visit to thoroughly explain how to operate all the pool equipment and ensure we could maintain the highest standard for our water quality. This of course is helped by the excellent pool equipment they install which essentially means the pool “admin” is almost nothing. It was a privilege to work with Niveau Pools, it is not hard to understand why they have been in business for so long as they have successfully unlocked the magic formula that combines outstanding workmanship with an incredible level of service all delivered at a very reasonable price. We cannot recommend Niveau Pools highly enough—Dion and his team truly set the standard for excellence in their field. If you're considering a pool project, look no further.    We were looking for someone to fix our pool after the February quake, we were recommended Niveau Pools and they were brilliant! The start was slightly delayed from when it was supposed to be but the weather didn't help. Once they were able to start the job it was very professionally done. The pool is in our rental place and the tenants were very happy that there was no mess to clean up at the end of each day and the people were very professional, nice and helpful. Fix came to what the quote was and there was no other hidden surprise costs. If you're looking for someone to fix / build your pool I will definitely recommend you give Niveau Pools a call!
