   Superb service from the very first visit to their showroom. We visited on a Tuesday and the hot tub was delivered and installed in Iveagh Bay, Lake Brunner on the Friday of the same week. Wow! As we weren’t expecting delivery that quick, they came loaded with wood to get us started. Exceptional! We have since added the filtration pump, which they installed on their next trip to the West Coast, which was again really quick. We then enquired about the shower attachment, which they delivered to our ChCh address, as we were unsure if we could pick it up. Their service is next to none and they go above and beyond to help you in every way. We chose the Wakatipu 2.1m wood fired hot tub and are extremely thrilled with our choice. Soo blissful soaking in the warm/hot water after a day out on the lake, whilst listening to the burning wood crackling. Best place to view the starry nights too. Absolutely the best tubs and service! Thanks to your whole team!
