   DO NOT RECCOMEND JUDE MCDONALD!!! I had being living there for only 1 week i was in the blue house Olivine st room 5 i was there waiting to start work and one day another tenant older guy whos on a CD bracelet kept trying to intimidate me blaming me for mess that isnt mine. Long story short she sides with them bardges in my room calls the cops and kicks me out NOW THE BIT THAT REALLY GETS ME IS SHE ALLOWED THOSE SAME TENANTS who areon a bracelet and gang affiliated to enter my room and touch my belongings, SURE ENOUGH MY STUFF WAS STOLEN...MY NEW TNS..NEW HATS AND A FIFTY DOLLA NOTE!!! SHE ALLOWED ILLEGAL ENRTY INTO MY ROOM!!! EVEN IF I WAS TRESPASSED THE POLICE WPULD HAVE COME AND GRABBED MY POSSESIONS BUT SHE JUST RUDELY DID THAT TO ME, NO REASONABLE EXCUSE JUST BARDGE IN MY ROOM BELIEVEING OTHER TENANTS BULLCRAP!!! MY LAPTOP BROKEN!!! IM TELLING TEIBUNAL AND GONNA HAVE HER INVESTIGATED FOE THAT BECAUSE I HAVE RIGHTS AND SHE BREACHED THEM SHE THEN TOOK MY BELONGINGS AND TRIED TO GIVE IT TO THE POLICE STATION AND THATS WHEN THE POLICE REALLY THOUGHT WHAT THE HELL THIS LADY REALLY IS SOMETHING!! SHE THEN PLANTED MY OWN KNIFE IN MY BAG AND WAS TRYING TO GET THE POLICE ON HER SIDE ECT UGLY BEHAVIOUR FROM JUDE MC DONALD UNPROFESIONAL

   Our experience living next to a property managed by EVES is nothing short of exhausting and deeply frustrating. For nine months so far we have endured blocked legal access to our own property, ongoing disruption, and repeated intimidation. Every one of these issues was raised with EVES multiple times, supported by clear evidence, yet nothing meaningful is being done. Their response has been little more than sending “reminders” to their tenants of their tenancy obligations — a completely ineffective approach that is achieving nothing. There has been no escalation, little formal enforcement of tenancy obligations, and absolutely no accountability. EVES’ attitude has consistently been one of avoidance, minimisation, and unwillingness to take responsibility, leaving us as neighbours to carry the burden of their failures. Property managers are supposed to act professionally, enforce agreements, and protect the rights not only of their landlords but also of the surrounding community impacted by the tenants they oversee. EVES has failed on every count. Their mismanagement has caused months of unnecessary stress, conflict, and harm, while they look the other way. If you are a property owner considering entrusting EVES with your investment, be warned: they do not enforce tenancy standards, they do not act in the best interests of anyone but themselves, and they will not take responsibility when things go wrong. And if you have to live beside one of their managed properties, expect no support or fairness. EVES Property Management has proven itself unprofessional, ineffective, and unwilling to uphold even the most basic standards of accountability. I would strongly urge anyone to think twice before relying on them.

   Soe Soe Han could do with some compassion and speak to people with patience and understanding instead of being blatantly rude over the phone when requesting assistance with a rental property. Left a pregnant woman balling her eyes out due to the conversation and now shes too afraid to ask for help during this situation of trying to find a home for her family. disgusting do better.
