Gareth and his team are amazing. My son accidentally broke his orthodontic wire and we are from out of town. Garethβs receptionist told us to just drop in. Gareth was thorough, friendly and replaced the orthodontic wire on the spot. He also emailed my sonβs orthodontist in Auckland about what he did, so there were no surprises.
10/10 all around such a great team and atmosphere, especially if your feeling a bit nervous in those initial appointments. They strive for perfection which assists with giving you absolute confidence in the work they are doing. I had Invisalign and there was no hiding if I slacked off with my treatment, the team were there to put me back on track and ensure that I got the best outcome, I could not be happier - best recommendation I have ever received from my dentist, to engage with Gareth and the team at the Orthodontic Hub.
I began my treatment with Gareth after receiving poor treatment from a prior practice and I have nothing but good things to say. I have been in treatment with Gareth since late 2019/early 2020 and have finally gotten to a point where iβm comfortable and happy with my smile. Gareth and his staff have always been a delight and very accommodating.
