Absolute disaster. We approved plans for a kitchen design and after the kitchen island was installed in the wrong spot we went back to the plans to find out that without our knowledge or consent the distance between the back bench and the kitchen island was changed (increased by about 10%) and no one bothered to tell us. Well they didn’t even follow this and installed it further out than even that (20%). When asked why it wasn’t installed as per the plans, we got a run around that was beyond belief. So now we are stuck with less space. Extremely dissatisfied with this level of service.
