   I had a relaxation facial with Rachel and it was the best facial I’ve ever had. It was super relaxing! Also, I had originally booked the deep cleansing facial and I really appreciate Rachel checking in to make sure that’s what I wanted (I clearly hadn’t read the descriptions very well). She was happy to change to the relaxation facial. Thanks so much!

   Ok I guess I will be the first male to write a review and I don't even get any treatment done but I cannot stay silent when I have so many of my friends and their friends saying how fantastic FBB is. The best comment I heard was my mate's wife who said: "when you are so stressed with the daily grind of life in general, coming to get a treatment in such a relaxed, warm, cozy environment like it is at FBB is as rejuvenating as a day in a spa. The team are fantastic. The ambience is so lovely! Could not recommend enough"

   Probably the best facial I've ever had. A consultation form was sent via text when I booked online, so they had my details/ concerns/ health info in advance. The bed was set up with a pillow for under the knees - which was very appreciated. I usually end up just bending my knees up halfway through any treatment. The facial and massage were lovely and relaxing. My face definitely feels and looks less puffy and red - not magically perfect, but a noticeable, realistic improvement. Will definitely be rebooking

   Very good service from Dippy n Chloe. Would recommend Finesse Rolleston, I get my eye brows done every six weeks. Today Chloe used the other room, the bed is in urgent need of replacement. Did not feel comfortable on this bed.

   Had my first Pedi alongside my mother today at Finesse and was very taken back by how lovely Dipi and Sophie were. They were very considerate and accommodating, all round lovely people. I'm not one for feet but it was a birthday present for my mother and both the results are gorgeous. Super happy with what we received and the price was reasonable. Thank you very much. Keep it up

   Took my 4 year old here to get her nails done. I was pleasantly surprised, they treat them and their nails like they do us adults. Filing, buffing, Cleaning, etc. Gave her the full "boutique" treatment. Also was done in such a time that she did not get impatient, or activated red ants in her pants. After, we can conveniently grab an ice cream next door at Unicone as well.

   Kandi is the best with brows. She always listens to what you want and will fix anything you don’t like. She takes her time and personally makes my brows regularly tidy and tinted perfectly to suit. Highly recommend to be your brow lady!
