   Lied about the price while in salon. Quote for choice requested then charged $30 per set more for a group. Kept cutting me was bleeding on 3 fingers. They do not clean the equipment between clients, which is a concern with blood on equipment. My nails are in terrible condition. Would never go there again. If you want to catch something nasty by all means go there. Untrained staff, no hygiene.

   I love going here, it really is the best place I have ever been for manicure/pedicure. They do such an amazing job and really take their time to get it just perfect. They even cut elderly people’s nails without charge. Highly recommend them!

   Amazing service! Our first time today at the Nail Bar with my husband and mother-in-law and we’re all very happy. My nail tech was so gentle, it’s the first time I’ve left a salon without cuts on my cuticles. Highly recommend!

   I have been going here for atleast 2 years and have had a fair share of bad experiences with them but today was the icing on the cake.... I walked in and the store owner who has done my nails many times asks me if this is my first time here... The boy who did my nails today has just been practicing the last few times i've been in but i guess he's doing nails now... anyway i told him i didn't like the shape and asked if he could make my nail thinner, the store manager buts into our conversation and lets me know it'll be fixed later; although in my opinion it is not up to the standards i wanted it after being done. the young man doing my nails also was yanking on my arm, not once did he ask me to move it he'd move it for me, my arm is now sore and i found this to be very disrespectful. the whole time i was in here i just wanted to leave and i usually love relaxing and getting my nails done. it was horrible to have to pay $70 (2 hours and a bit of work) to receive this cr*p service and some average looking nails. other bad experiences i have had consist of rude staff - telling me my nail length is to long, booking but having to sit and wait atleast an hour while other walk in customers get to go ahead, uneven nails and clumpy nail polish as they didn't dust the residue away properly. you've lost a long term customer because i definitely won't be back after this.

   Terrible experience today!! My friend and decided to go for a treat... a spa pedicure. I'm not sure if the staff are overwhelmed, over-worked or what... but one was constantly sniffing to the point, I was feeling sick. The leg massage may aswell of not occured and the attitude of the staff was unusually bad. Very disappointing as so handy to be able to pop down here for a 'treat'

   If you're after a professional job avoid these people like the plague. However if you want your nails to look like they were done at a child's sleepover party - this is the place to go. Terrible service. Had nail polish on my fingers, the powder gel stuff all over my fingers. Uneven lengths. When I complained I was told that if I wanted my cuticles done (I had asked) that it would've cost me more. Yes - apparently a manicure does not include cuticle care? Had to go elsewhere to get a proper job done.
