   Yeah nah. Once more, drove across town to get a part I saw in the pictures of the vehicle, wasn't in the sold parts list either. Got there, paid my $2, part was gone. Twice now. Not happy. To add to this, I've found the same part at a conventional wrecker for the exact same price, that I don't have to remove myself and comes with a warranty. Honestly, the price was always the drawcard, now that you're paying usual wreckers rates and still have to pull it yourself, what's the point? I wasn't the only one leaving empty-handed either. Place is a joke now.

   Went to P-A-P Christchurch based on my sons experience who purchased tailgate struts for his Nissian. (I've since found out he took them off an Audi and paid $56 clever kid) Quoted chassis # got my map, had my tools, Subaru tailgate struts here I come. Found vehicle removed struts and $56. Tried to get them cheaper quoting new ones are $86. Its on the computer that's the price was the reply. Drove 30 minutes home, installed struts and my tailgate didn't slam down quite as heavily as before. Rats! I recalled the Subaru Outback (BP) tailgate I removed them from already had most the items removed so the tailgate was much lighter hence the struts worked at Pick A Part but not at home. And today less than 24 hours later I note the guarantee........ No guarantees or warranties are given on any parts personally selected by you and no refunds or exchanges will be given. See yard rules, terms of entry & supply. I give them 3 stars because their systems are good and I should have fully informed myself, think before you leap. Live and learn happy days!

   Great place to find parts for your car, it was bigger than I realized. They have a great system on their website where you find your model car and what part you want. They even tell you what parts have already been taken out of the car, so you don't make a wasted trip out there. Make sure you wear decent footwear to protect your feet from things on the ground and dropping parts on your foot like I did, but thankfully I had my steel cap boots on. The staff are really helpful too and friendly. Remember to bring your tools with you :)

   Well this was an adventure. Really helpful staff but I had a good workout searching for the cars. All numbered, and they give you a list, it was just a very, very big yard. Would definetly recommend when looking for car parts - and bring your toolkit and strong footwear.

   Now with a larger selection due to yard being extended there is plenty of vehicles and parts to choose from. Can definitely be a cheaper option if you're handy with tools than a wreckers to get parts for your car. Website stocklist as of this review is currently not up to date due to yard extension however they are working on this. Staff are helpful as long as you have a degree of automotive knowledge. Recommend to everyone looking to save a buck on carparts if youre on a budget with a degree of some skill on the tools.

   Best place in town by far. My favourite place to just go and hang out haha. Can always find a great deal here as the pricing is very fair. Can't fault this business at all. Maybe they could add more locations in christchurch but hey like I said, I can't fault this business.
