   This is a 2 minute walk from the Riccarton, Westfield Shopping Mall. A great place to catch up with friends and eat a healthy salad while recharging on Caffeine or a smoothies. The choice of Still or sparking water is a nice advantage of going to this cafe. It self service for the water. With requests the staff were attentive and helpful. Great place to relax take a seat away from the hustle of the mall with the Christmas cues.

   Nice coffee shop, but staff not pay attention at all. Orded 2 simple drinks, not busy at all, we were waiting for 10 mins till my friends ask for the drink, they just stopped chatting and went to make it. The new mocha drink is horrible, there are much nicer taste drink in Gongcha or Ben Gong near there.

   I had an excellent experience at Coffee Culture Riccarton. I was especially impressed by the high-quality coffee made by Mini which was smooth and beautifully presented. The team provided warm, professional, and attentive service. Overall, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the attention to detail made my visit very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

   The lady with the tattoo and undercut who served us was extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending when someone got one of our drinks wrong. I understand she may have been tired etc but it's basic human decency to control your emotions especially in customer service.

   Poor and slow service. This was my First Time to order coffee here. I was wondering to try it, but the service really slow! Even though I only ordered a takeaway coffee. The sad thing was sitting by the coffee machine and seeing other people's coffee came out. And also watching the barista was nibbling and chatting without making coffee. I have waited for almost twenty minutes for my coffee！！！！！ Anyway, no one(the owner) is going to deal with this and even bother to read the review. I recommend you should only come here if you hate yourself or enjoy slow service. Otherwise, there are tons of other cafes for you to try.
