   Lovely staff! Did a great job doing my son's hair, he's autistic so hairs cuts are a wee bit hard , but the lady who did his hair was amazing very calm and gentle with him and let him know what she was going to do before she did it. Talked him through the process and always asked him if he was okay.

   Took my 1 yr old son Kairo in for a mullet with First, and he was absolutely amazing! He made Kairo feel so comfortable and calm the whole time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend First and Just cuts the hub!

   Went in on a whim and was unsure at first. I was immediately welcomed and put to ease by the staff. I really enjoyed my time there and got a haircut that was better than what I had in mind. My stylist was a lovely Filipino man with long luscious hair :)

   I made a special trip down for a hair cut. I registered and sat waiting. I was the only one waiting at this time. One woman finished her male client and came to get another. Another lady by this time was waiting with me. A third lady came in and was standing un the doorway. I had my service dog with me. One lady finished with her client which was a man and then proceeded to come for another. She asked my name and looked on the machine. She then passed me over and offered one of the other ladies to come through. I am 80 years old with a service dog. Even one of the. Other ladies tried to intervene on my behalf. With a disability and a dog who by the way is extremely well behaved and has had three years training and I need her with me 24/7. I felt discriminated against as your employee made no attempt to find out who was there first in line. I have been your customer for a long time but this experience made me feel discriminated against, Was it. My dog? Was it my looks? I was extremely upset. I will never ever come into your salon ever again. I might even write up my experience on public forum.

   First time cut, it was July 4th and never had so much attention to my hair! As a 66 yr old male not that much these days but very pleased with the time and attention shown plus end result - shorter than i normally have but well pleased. Yes will be a regular from now on - thank you - very happy staff too!

   I ended up walking in and was served within 20 minutes which was good. Although this was satisfactory i found my hair cut to be appalling and nothing like i asked. I gave a reference photo and my hair was cut completely different and has so many different lengths and bulges taken out. I understand that a hairdresser has more experience and knowledge, i just do not agree with taking things into their own hands and doing what they think is best. I tried to leave multiple times but was told “one more” each time and my hair kept getting butchered every time. I have never felt so ugly in my life. I will not be returning and do not recommend.

   Michael and the ladies at Just Cuts were great in getting and giving my three year old daughter a haircut after she started crying at the mention of a trim. Michael was able to calm her down and give her a cut without her even realizing it. Thanks SO much! We will definitely be back for more haircuts!

   First time we came here the lady ignored what I wanted for my son and went too short.. Yesterday, we checked in and it showed the wait to be 10-15mins.. 2 of the hairdressers were there but not doing any hair for a good 30mins.We ended up waiting a whole hour before being "top of the queue". Would be nice if we got an update saying the estimated wait time would be longer... I wouldn't waste my time or money here.
