   I am righting this on behalf she brought her car in told you the problem you qouted he just over 400 you then told her it was her lights she then told you that wasn't what she said the problem was, you did a diagnistic said lights are fine, quoted her over 900 for the problem which you said it was she paid it and the problem still there so she tells and after paying that you tell her its something else. Close to xmas you have ripped off a single mother that works hard. See what MTA says, you need to refund her all 9f her money

   I cannot recommend KW Motors enough! I have taken our two vehicles for their warrants this week, and one of the cars had to have repairs which were done two days after the failed warrant. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I can happily say that the car no longer rattles when I drive it! I am so happy with their work and will definitely be returning. I also appreciate that on the warrant form they informed me of a part that is going rusty. It's nice to be aware of upcoming repairs so they can be budgeted for. I have definitely found my new local garage.

   Rude, poor service, over priced, wont give advice or recommendations either (tells you to google it). Very rude and insults people (off camera and you have no proof as he told me). 0 stars ! Oh and the response below you posted in regards....very over exaggerated of what actually happened. Remember the insults and name calling you were hurling at me outside in the driveway....and your reply to me when i called you out for your nasty name calling (you said: "aww well, its not on camera" said with a smirk). So imagine if your behaviour outside was caught on camera ? Just because you don't have cameras outside....other places and people do !
