   We were the sellers of a property with some timeline between the sale and removal of the house. Communication was always good and proactive leading up to and including the removal which included the requirement of a crane. There were a couple of slight delays which are inevitable with weather but there was good communication on this. The day of removal went well with the team friendly and hard-working with good teamwork between crane company and BOPHR. Was an emotional time seeing the house being driven away but happy it is going to be used again in a new location. Thanks Steve, Karyn and team for a good job - can recommend you.

   This is a rip off artist. Do not use, if you need to buy a removable definitely look elsewhere. The work they've done and overseen on my build is of the worst seen by me and a number of contractors that had to come and fix their work so the house is safe to live in. The house is not level, 90% of the brackets attaching the house to the subfloor was never put in. Inside the roof cavity it's an absolute disgrace, the roof itself is held on by pure luck, 5 out of every 6 roofing screws are missing, so every rain event I have water pouring into my roof cavity. There is not a wall that doesn't have significant structural damage. If there was a regulator for this particular industry this guy would not be in business. After every payment I made to him work stopped, once for 7 months and he just gosts you. I made one payment on a day they were working and like clockwork the next day there was not a person on site and that carried on for more than 3 weeks. When I eventually did get hold of him by phone I got screamed at about how clients always wants dates and something about someone spilling oil on a road and how I don't understand the stress of delivering homes etc. etc. This guy is no good, stay away!!!

   Don't make the same mistake I did when phoning these guys. They are not a removal company for your house contents, they will move your HOUSE. The lady that answered the phone was very good about it though. Sounds like lots of people make the same mistake I just did!
