   interesting policy :( have used them before a few times, but they have had a truck sitting across the road doing nothing for well over an hour, arrived empty and left empty. I rang and said can you move an empty container from a block up the road to next to where your truck is now, and the answer was yes, but we will charge you as if we drove from our depot back to our depot. Really.... time to find another Hiab company for our lifts.
