Matt, Niko and Cam did a wonderful job unloading our 40ft container of household possessions. They dealt with narrow bending stairs, heavy fragile items and large American sized furniture items really well. Matt did a great job keeping track of the items and leading the crew. Para, back in the office, was a pleasure to deal with. Great communicator. No problems recommending this team.
We did the big inter island move. The teams at both ends were thorough and professional. The Timaru team were also very helpful in ensuring the boxes went into the right rooms. As positive an experience as is possible with such a mammoth shift. Thank you.
Excellent move from 1st communication to unloaded the other end. Nothing was too much of a problem, communication was fast, pricing was fair, they even provided boxes, bed bags and packing materials. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks team.

From my initial enquiry to Dave the rep turning up at my house for the quote and William and Tyson the drivers on the day. Everyone was friendly, timely and professional. Price wise out of the 4 quotes it was the second cheapest....and I rarely take the cheapest. But after the 'lack of enthusiasm' and responses from your competitors it was a no brainer from me and I will be using Allied again for my next move within the next 6 months and also highly recommending them
Initial communications were good. But found out during the move we had to pay fully up front before goods transported, that was not clear to start with but sorted. Delivery time was good, but found out from wgtn team they should have been told we had a live deep freeze as they would have plugged in, so much food thrown out. Found at delivery many items broken and poorly handled as many box's upside down etc so other damage found in unpacking which still doing. Happy to discuss more by email only, not phone call. Have lodged claim, but no info come back as yet. Overall end result is showing a poor service due to results to date.
