   The service provided by Transworld during shipping of my house-hold items to overseas destination was fantastic. The whole chain of process was handled very professionally. Communication, packing of goods, clarity with regard to the status of my shipment and its whereabouts, handling the customs and biosecurity clearance processes and ultimately delivering the items to the destination, all these steps were handled very efficiently and professionally. Staff packing the stuff at my place and staff unloading the stuff at destination were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. At every stage services were prompt. Communication around each step was clear, there were no surprises. I would recommend Transworld to everyone and I will use them for any my future removals if I ever need any.

   From start to finish, our experience of using Transworld was first class! Thank you to the Tauranga team, Tracy, Andy, Neil and Emillo. Tracy you did an awesome job with your communication, nothing was too much trouble, heaps of emails back and forth (I'm sorry the quote changed so many times). Andy and Neil did an incredible job with the packing. They arrived on time and took great care manoeuvring down our difficult driveway. Accolades to you both. I like how you cared enough to individually wrap every plate and delicate items with great care. I appreciated how Neil took the time to check the drip tray of our fridge and removed the water, thank YOU! Andy your packing skills of all the goods into the truck were incredible. You knew where every item would fit perfectly to create a compact space. Amazing and professional team work guys, you worked so hard to get everything packed up in time. Thank you Emillo for your phone calls of reassurance which helped put my mind at ease. Huge thanks to you ALL for making my husband's NZ to NSW move run so smoothly. Highly recommended international movers, we would use Transworld again for sure!

   I could not fault the professionalism of Transworld Removals. We were given a quote from Mike and told that if the volume when packed was less than quoted then we would be reimbursed that difference. That was the case and we thank you for your honesty. The packers were excellent. Everything was wrapped to a very high standard and their work ethic was second to none. They were friendly, very helpful and professional. When we received our goods in Australia not one item was cracked or broken. The transfer once in Australia was very smooth and communication with OSS, the Australian removals company, was excellent. They kept us informed at every stage of Customs Clearance etc. Everything was a very smooth transition and trouble free experience. Thank you Mike, Karen and the team at Transworld.

   My partner and I are more than happy with the service we received in a time of crisis for us. We had to move suddenly from our home due to a land slip. Transworld came to our rescue with an amazing team of excelent strong men. I could see they are a well oiled machine and all of the guys wore Transworld uniforms. They worked flawlessly as a team. Emilio Kilgour, Operations Supervisor, was the best of the best. He kept me calm and updated me on every issue. The team of Josh, Neil, and Louie were fun to know over the four days they worked for us. Each one of them wrapped and packed up everything carefully and so much attention to detail was shown. Nothing but care was shown. During our pack up the weather wasn't too kind to us and threw rain at us sporadically. The team worked smart and adjusted their strategy to make the most of the weather. It was sad to see them go when it was all done. I made friends with all of them, Emilio, Josh, Neil, and Louie. Thank you for being a part of our journey as we shift to WA. John & Deb

   Used Transworld to ship my belongings from NZ to U.K. Reasonably priced and brilliant communication from Karen in NZ. Items were collected and boxed fast and efficiently and arrived in the U.K. immaculately 2 months later! Delivery co in the U.K. also fast and efficient (White & Company) with good comms. Almost beat me home. Will use again if I move back! Far better than my experience from the U.K. to NZ using a U.K. removal company. Thanks!
