The team took the time to provide advice and really understand what we wanted. The team were all very caring towards the dogs being groomed and Poppy came home looking great and smelling fresh!    Tash followed my complicated instructions to the letter and gave my allergy prone border collie the perfect cut. She was so kind and gentle with him that he behaved perfectly making it easy to get him looking magnificent in record time. All of the staff clearly love animals and treated my boy so sweetly and with extra sensitivity to his foibles and phobias. No stress for him and no stress for me. He looks absolutely amazing.    I have used this groomers once previously in the past and had a good experience unfortunately yesterday was not the same. The groomer was rude and didn't explain the extent of which our dog would needed to be cut. Insinuating that we were bad owners as she had some tangles which is going to happen in winter in a small dog breed. Our dog came out with a severe cut that looks uneven. Won't be using this groomers again.
