   Deceptive and dishonest business tactics. Don't trust these scammers. If shipping internationally, will ask for additional payments which were not indicated at checkout. Would leave negative stars if possible. At checkout, they ask for your shipping address before generating a shipping and handling price. But if you're shipping outside of NZ borders, what they DON’T tell you is that there is an additional cost for international shipping ON TOP OF what’s quoted at checkout. A few days AFTER you’ve checked out and made payment, they will send an email asking for additional payment to cover this international shipping cost. If you try to dispute this additional cost and say that it wasn't part of the deal, customer service will start playing games with you in order to force you to pay the additional costs. They will intentionally delay responses and will not reply for weeks on end, even after you send them multiple chaser emails and messages on their web chat (they did not respond to me for close to 2 weeks). When they finally do respond, it will be to tell you that if you don’t make the payment, they will cancel your order. As soon as you agree to pay the additional fee, they’re suddenly completely capable of replying within minutes with the payment link. After receiving the payment, they’ll disappear AGAIN for a week BEFORE they finally send you the shipping details and tracking number. Dealing with them made my blood pressure spike and made me hit the bags extra hard during training. Do yourself a favour. Save your time and money and steer clear of this place.

   The lady you call and talk to is horribly unprofessional. Hire a teenager with more common sense in how to treat customers. edit: Can't reply so editing my review. First of all, your email - "the guy isn't here who can deal with this, I'm hoping he will be back by the end of the week but I'm not sure at this stage" The fact you don't see anything wrong with this email is evidence you have a terrible standard of customer service. Leading for me to call in, to find out he's sick. Then be told in a rude manner 'Is that alright? Then you proceed to drop the call abruptly. Then for you to reply to this review like you're totally professional. Laughable. What's your position in the company? I hope it's family for your sake the next time I call in.

   I ordered a pair of 16oz gloves online and the package was delivered quick fast which was amazing. For some reason, the packers sent out two left handed gloves. I called the 0800 number and the guy on the other end sounded like he had been working non - stop for 3 days or drunk. If it wasn't for Claire from the sales team, this entire dialogue and rating could've been a whole lot worse. Really appreciate you Claire!

   I would say to anyone looking to buy in store to avoid the lady at the front she has no customer service skills and doesn't know much about the products she is selling. I would recommend that you ask for Julian I rate him 5 stars very friendly and very helpful. My initial thoughts were I would never come back to buy because of poor customer service but Julian changed my mind on the second visit. What a difference a friendly smile and customer care can make. Thank you Julian.
