I had a hair cut at bayfair 9 Dec 2025. Just wanted a trim and couldnβt get into my normal hairdresser. The haircut was average but was ok as it was only to tied me over for Xmas. I do not know the name of the hairdresser that day. She was not very engaging, maybe because it was the end of the day. She had fingernails like talons, not really appropriate. But what bothered me most was I thought she was talking to me, well mumbling, in a language that was not english and then I realised she was having a conversation with someone on her phone when I saw that she was wearing ear pods. Unacceptable in all levels. I will not return or recommend, Iβm sure you have some good hairdressers but if management allows this behaviour it reflexes on the company.
Absolutely delighted to find Parm at Just cuts and now she is my preferred hair stylist/cutter. Such a lovely cheerful confident personality and her experience is evident. Always happy with the results and the experience. Please donβt leave Parm!

I do not advise anyone to shave here. The girl was very rude. She hits your head on Shaving machine. She and her colleague talk while you wait. When finished, I went out and the hair was not removed from my face and neck. And high prices for bad service
Got a wash, cut, and blow dry. Very happy with result and price. Had to wait an hour but that suited me as I was able to have a coffee
Fantastic cut today! Stylists usually struggle with my long-ish curly hair but Jinah nailed it with with confidence and efficiency. I gave a vague indication of length and she sorted the rest. I've taken pics of the result to show people exactly what I want in the future! Also appreciate being squeezed in so late this afternoon. A+ Service. Joel.
