   Judgemental staff member tonight. Popped in to purchase a few drinks for my partner. Got to checkout and the lady asked if I was buying them for myself ( out of habit I said yes, she then gives the most horrible Judgemental look at my stomach - im pregnant - when I realized I said well no not for me my partner) there was not even any younger or underage teens around outside so cant really justify that question as didn't get asked for id.

   Staff have no interaction with customers. Do not help with carrying purchases to car. Only interested in the ring of the cash register. Do not even help in store.

   Ordered a couple on their website on the 9th of April. Received the tracking information on the 11th of April. Followed the tracking website for a week and still no information. Called their customer service and asked my order to be cancelled. A polite lady took down all the details and said will call back in 5 min. Waited the entire day and never received a call back. Next day morning got the order delivered which was the 22nd of April. Poor service. Won't be using them again.

   I ordered 3 bottles of liquer around Christmas from Big Barrel. Two of them arrived in a single box and I thought the other one must have been sent separately. After a month in Jan, I still didn't receive it. I emailed them and there was no reply from them at all. If you are not going to provide proper customer service, you shouldn't be selling liquor. Never had this problem with Whisky and more from whom I order regularly

   Should say on the website if their local stores don't sell what shows online as waist of time and petrol. Gave 2 stars as I purchased a beer a liked which to be honest could if got from the supermarket.

   Very handy location especially if you're shopped at Pack n' Save, plenty of parking, a good range and friendly service. Prices comparable to other liquor outlets. A nice selection of boutique ciders, and a large refrigerator area where you can even buy single cans of some high quality beers and plenty of room for it's good range of other beers.
