The Lake Karapiro Lodge has 10 heat pumps that need annual service, Ian and his team get it done without fuss working around our guests seamlessly you wouldn’t know they were all done. Reasonable price, recommend

We have used Ian and Liz Grant for all heat pump repairs and installs for in excess of ten years. Ian and Liz are extremely knowledgeable, and have saved our clients a lot of money over this period. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
UPDATE: The owners were on an overseas trip and when they come back I got an apology and a Daikin Air Purifier free of charge! This was a very pleasant surprise and changed my opinion and review of the company. Ordered new filters for my ducted system that they installed a few years ago. They said their technician will be in contact once they got them. Never heard back. When I made an enquiry I was told again that a technician will contact me. Another two weeks passed and I contacted them again but then never got any reply, I was totally ignored. I bought the ducted system for the whole house from them for $15k and that was a lot of money back then. You would expect a better treatment. Very unprofessional, terrible customer service.
We purchased an air purifier from this company. Being a small purchase, we would expect the service to be average. However, my partner and I were completely wrong! Ian was extremely nice to deal with and the communication was quick and simple. They even go the extra mile and offer to drop off spare parts (additional filters) on our doorstep -save us from doing an additional trip. I haven't seen this kind of 'old school' service in many years. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED doing business with this company. AAA+++
Very prompt and kept us informed all the way. We were going to get a replacement heat pump but asked if they could repair it first. They managed to source the parts for our older model & repair within 7 days. Very happy with the result & service
